PW-Series

Emulsions of paraffin wax and synthetic resin, featuring a strong water-repellent effect, are being used for different manufacturing processes. 

Especially, the product is widely used for a release agent for ceramics and a waterproof agent for papermaking. 

Product Purpose 

· Size press allows for standalone coating 
  and can be used with binders such as 
  starch solution or latex.

· Applied on the surface of the board, 
  may attain a strong surface sizing 
  effect and water -repellent effect.

Product Properties

· Featuring excellent water-repellent
  properties and exhibiting a resistance
  of R 10 or higher. 

· The water repellency does not 
  diminish after the heat processing 
  drying process at 100℃ or higher. 

·  Retains excellent emulsion stability 
  esulting in fewer process issues, 
  and its excellent solubility makes it
  convenient to use.
